Todd Therrien

Head Coach

Coach Therrien is in his 18th year with the Seraphs football program, four as a formidable two-way player from 1993-1996, six as an assistant coach and Defensive Coordinator for a Seraphs football juggernaut that has gained renown for excellence and high achievement, and, of course, two time CIF Northern Division Coach of the Year, and architect of the Seraphs' back-to-back California Division III State Championship.

Todd was a key member of the memorable 1996 CIF Championship team, when the ball really got moving. Coach Therrien is fully prepared and highly experienced to successfully lead one of the best High School Football Programs in the State, a program he has been instrumental in helping to visualize and build!

Todd has been around the gridiron most of his life playing youth football in Oxnard for five years prior to his Seraphs career, and then knocking people down for four years at Ventura College, where he was 2nd Team All Conference, and at Western New Mexico University, where he was a two year starter, and earned his Degree in History and English. Mr. Therrien is a faculty member here at S.B.H.S. , and has also served as track & field coach and JV Baseball coach. He is married to Christina, and has a five year old daughter, Leah Nicole and 1 yr old son Dylan Raiden..
